No visitor will be allowed access the property if proper procedures are not followed. As residence, kindly ensure your frequent visitor’s names are added to your gate access list for quicker processing and to avoid the embarrassment of being turned away by security. All visitors should use the main gate, please note that the rear gate is card access only and the proper protocol will be followed.
It is important to note that delivery trucks and large units are NOT allowed
access through the rear gate regardless of the proximity of the drop off. All large units will be redirected the main gate.
