Charmaine was in delicate health for a few weeks after contracting Covid -19 and had been in a hospital in Montego Bay for the past two weeks.
She served as community president and leader of Board 5 and was the Director of Information of the present Board. Stonebrook Vista’s Chairman Mr. Nkrumah Lawrence also praised Charmaine as an upstanding community leader who defended democracy and transparency.
Charmaine is survived by her mom, a son, and her fiancé. No details about her funeral service have yet been announced.
